How to Unlock Qlink Tablet Forgot Password, PIN, Pattern /Lock Screen & FRP Bypass 2023

I don't know what i'm doing wrong, mine doesn't ask if i want to do calls or not on it and keeps asking for the previous pin even after a factory reset :(
I bought these tablets at a yard sale. I was told i just needed to turn them on and set them up.
