I always felt that this album, while not my favorite from them (Lightning is my favorite) has a certain hard, angry edge. These are their first recordings since Cliff died, and they may not have wanted to go into the studio so soon after except for contractual obligations. I could be wrong, but I think they were wrestling with how they felt and wondering if they should even go on as Metallica, and this confusion added to the overall feel of the album. Justice was certainly a heavier album, and (in my opinion) better than Puppets. I say, it represents what America is right now and they have become rich elites and do not want to be connected to this idea anymore. Just like that punk ass sell out the Rock.
2020 and this song is more relevant than ever.
You can do it your own way, if it`s done just how i say!
Dedicada a los guerreros sociales que lo saben todo y son “totalmente correctos” en todo aspecto
I Challenge you not to headbang to this song. You will lose this challenge! Tallica for life. /m\
Except after this album
Fine, 1981-1993 Tallica for life.
+jhanson125 Death Magnetic is actually good...
fuck i started headbanging as i read the comment lol.
Instant loss
He predicted the future. Perfectly.
I feel like this song is about SJWs.
@@secretaryofoffense7118 well....
This was happening when the song was written. It’s just same shit, different day.
Well SJWs are nowhere near the power and veracity of the lyrics. I would look at SJWs as an aggregate of a Tiny Tim album, maybe...
@@runninrebel1520 it's more directed towards democrats, who are very hypocritical is freedom of speech. Or completely against it, and actually have the power to prevent it.
The grooviest Metallica song
Such an underrated song
Right! One is what did it for them! But, THIS? PROPHECY OF 🇺🇸!😮
One of the best intro riffs ever
The cold war was a precursor to the times we live in now... The political lyrics in thrash metal were like a prophecy.
4:56 the best thing I have ever heard
Best chorus in the world, of any band, ever!
La escuché cuando tenía 13año después a los 17 y ahora alos 46 y aló este track
I always felt that this album, while not my favorite from them (Lightning is my favorite) has a certain hard, angry edge. These are their first recordings since Cliff died, and they may not have wanted to go into the studio so soon after except for contractual obligations.
I could be wrong, but I think they were wrestling with how they felt and wondering if they should even go on as Metallica, and this confusion added to the overall feel of the album. Justice was certainly a heavier album, and (in my opinion) better than Puppets.
My favorite Metallica albums, in order, are:
1) Lightning
2) Justice
3) Kill 'em All/Puppets/Garage Days(tie)
Everything else that they recorded, I do not own or listen to as it is more rock than metal. Just my .02 cents.
I wouldn't say that the Death Magnetic and Hardwired albums are rock
I think is their best album technically speaking. It's so elaborated, clever and heavy. All at the same time.
All praise to the unjabbed!
This song represents the whole oppressive governmental and political systems in the US.
blackened lives matter
There's nothing wrong with the system, the problem lies with those who abuse it, like those precious snowflake on college campuses who are limiting free speech rights
doc martins all lives matter
Ehm, the whole fuckin world is dipped in to shit not just the US
Wait until you get here....
if "One" wasn't on this album, this is number 1 track for me, not only brilliantly composed, but also best chorus on album...
and the lyrics are brulliant
+EddieMachetti yeah and also brilliant :D

Lyrically for sure.
The name of this song should be: Rules for Social Media
Interesting that Lars doesn't like this song...
Why doesnt he like this song?
this is actually their heaviest and best song, this is their last great album, the black one was good but justice was amazing.
2021 song of the year... Laughing out loud to the people saying they're oppressed 2,3,4, and 5 years ago.
some of the best mf lyrics ever written no cap
Lars said in an interview that this is the most hated song by him. Huh??? Basically saying that it sounded “forced” and the tempo “sucked”.
0:53 that riff reminds me Cyanide lol
+28leftbehind It's very similar xD
I call th at the motley crue riff lol
@@paolotorres7730 yes
The leftists hated this song, and much of Metallica's right leaning lyrics even when this was released.
Lars says its his least favorite song.
Song has a lot of meaning with this new government agenda. Silence truth and spread lies through the corrupt media.
Underrated song of Metallica 'probably' the best song in justice album
In my opinion one of the best intros to any song. They picked such a great riff to do the volume increase meme
this song speaks for the emotions of the PhD students
lol...
Pizza hut delivery students
Cute Cutie protein has degraded student
who else thought their battery was low when the screen got dark?
i hear a uk mayor just walked in with this as his entrance music :)
Never more Relevant than at this Moment in Time!!!
remember sheeple, waving a flag means you are ''free''
4:22-4:47 i could listen to a nonstop loop of this for 30 minutes and it wouldn't get old
My favorite song from that album 🤘 valid for my country today more than ever 🇨🇺 #SOSCuba
Never really thought about it much when this came out but it really hits home today.
This song needs to be played at the Super Bowl 2022
The Lord Mayor of Portsmouth brought me here.
Freaking SJW's should listen to this song and not police what we think or say
The left don`t spin crap like the right do. This song could have been written about war criminal Murdoch and his Faux News.
It applies to the left and right. We need to realize we are all being pitted against each other.
Freedom over socialism!!!
Lmao
