    Takpayah tunggu. Hari raya,atau tunggu orang buat kerja kawin, saya sabulan sekali buat, tapi macam2 jenis sambal goreng tak samestinya sambal goreng pengantin,betul kata kakzaidah kita bole gunakan barang2 yg sedia ada

    Sambal pengantin first time dgr.
    Sambal goreng pengantin tk silap origin frm Singapore but kita lebihkan halia, serai dan lengkuas utk mengharumkan masakan.
    From my understanding..🙂
    SGP ni slalunya ada pada majlis kahwin dan juga pada Hari Raya.
    Masakan yg rumit, too manys steps and all tapi hasilnya……. fabulous.😎
    Paling best kalau dh msk, biarkan for few hrs biar everything infused, den panaskan balik low heat, fuhhhhhh power!!

    Hello Kak Azidah, I found your channel about a week and half ago by chance when I was following a different cooking video while cooking. I guess the video must have rolled over to your channel, when I came to check my laptop. Anyway good Malay cooking. I understand it’s a live cooking show you bound to have many many disruptions which takes the focus out of the real thing you are doing which is cooking. Here’s my two cents worth of what I have noticed so far and hope you can incorporate these feedbacks from your viewers. It practically plays in everyone’s head what I am about to say :.
    1, Take a leave from Anna Olson’s way of doing live cooking show. Remain focus on the cooking to make it cohesively smooth and relevant to the task. Take only a few relevant technique related questions not every single repetitive questions as to what you are cooking for today, and greetings from every viewers as they come in to watch the show. This is big distraction and time waster.
    2. You have done this show for 1 year already, so you should know by now what are the most anticipated questions viewers watching love to ask, which is what are you cooking today, what are the ingredients, can I substitute this for that, how long to cook, how many can it serve, what brand of ingredients you are using, and of course the ever famous question is the pots and pans you are using to cook. For all this you should pin all these I mentioned in the description box of the video before you start the show. You can conduct the show like a typical cooking show, and below the video screen leave a static message saying “ All recipes, ingredients, methods, substitution ingredients, brand name of ingredients ,approximate preparation and cooking time and the type of pots and pans, utensils, and appliances used together with price if possible if not provide a link to where the viewers can purchase them should be pinned to the description box below the video. Only selected method related questions will be answered live all other questions kindly forward and will be answered later in the you tube section of the video. “This will completely stop you from repetitively answering these commonly asked questions by viewers. If they can see it before hand, if they can read they will not bug you during the cooking show. You can get on with your cooking and not be distracted.
    3. As you have accomplished 1 year anniversary by now there should not be any technical glitches before you start yourshow. Get your technical team to do the necessary setup and testing of audio and video system in advance before you go live. This is to avoid viewers having issues connecting to your live-streaming of the video. If the issue of connecting is on the end of the viewers, too bad, you just carry on. They can always tune into the pre recorded video later.
    Well these are my two cents worth of feedback. Hope you can incorporate them and perhaps some you may have already. All the best and happy live-streaming your cooking show and posting your recipes online

      Kalau resepi asli nenda saya, tempe memang takda. Sambal goreng pengantin ni proteinnya udang, hati lembu dan daging lembu. Antara resepi paling payah (kalau ikut cara orang lama-lama). Tapi rasanya memang menakjubkan.

    Pandangan kak zaidah tu betul masuk di akal.Tetapi lain pula pandangan orang Singapura.Oleh kerana masakan ni popular di Singapura ,yaitu sambal goreng tahu tempeh.apabila ada majlis perkahwinan,lauk ini tidak di masak menggunakan tahu tempeh tetapi di tukar menjadi daging,paru danhati lembu ,rencah semua sama hanya di gunakan daging2 kerana nak disediakan pada kedua mempelai sewaktu kedua duanya menjamu selera.standardlah sedikit kan majlis ,dari sinilah jika kita masak lauk ini kita akan memanggilnya sambal goreng pengantin.

      Thank you. That constant high pitch yapping from the assistant is so annoying. I had to keep skipping to get to the end faster. But still disappointed the camera man was too lazy to move the camera and zoom in on the cooking and finished dish instead of having camera static showing the bench and cook 90%+ of the time.
