I never knew they knocked the Riviera down... I'm watching that TV show Ghost Adventures and they are investigating this casino one last time before it got knocked down.... that's what brought me here LOL... and it sucks to see an old historic building go down like that!

I remember going there everyday to see my mom at work and her co workers the riviera was my family and they took that away from me

when this implosion happened, i was living at home with my mom, and we had no idea that it was being imploded. the fireworks woke her up and then the banging. she woke me up in a total panic, and she stood at the door as this booming, echoing, deep banging sound continued outside for what seemed like forever. it was honestly scary. we had no clue what was going on. then i checked twitter and saw the news and we had a good laugh about it. but for a minute there, we were totally petrified lol

Maybe they are going to build a stadium for National Basketball Association, National Football League, or a Major League Baseball in Las Vegas. Las Vegas will have more people then Detroit Michigan. I think they should have at least three more incorporated cities in the Las Vegas area, especially the south and the west sides of Las Vegas.

The old casinos were part of old Vegas back in the 20th century. Many people knew the old casinos before all of them were destroyed. Now only the Circus Circus, The Flamingo, the Caesars Palace and the Tropicana are the only old casinos left on the strip. SLS (formerly the Sahara) doesn't count.

The dust which has formed by a hotel collapse reaches an audience, doesn't it?
Like constructing in dissolution by an asbestos measure in Japan, I call. By dissolution method like Akasaka Prince hotel in Tokyo, convention center (MICE facilities) increase, aren't you in time for a floor?

This is Ridiculous there should’ve been something to keep them from destroying The Riviera it has stood there since 1955 it has history and Also they should’ve left it alone and let those souls rest in peace now those souls have nowhere to go except for the expansion and they’re going to be angry If you go to that expansion be ready for what is going to happen next Them souls are not going to let it go And They blew up this hotel and then sold the land because they didn’t need it so They did all this for nothing blew up the Oldest standing structure on the strip for no reason
