As a native English speaker, I can't help but find these videos so interesting. There are certain things that we do that we don't even realize we do until others point them out. If you want to say the first one like a Californian, we say "what do you," more like "wah do yah," and it is said as if it is one word. Another thing some of us do (not all Californians) is pronounced certain words without a letter or two. For instance, I pronounce the word mountain without the T. It helps to focus on a specific type of accent if you want to sound more like a native speaker here. One last tip is to master how we put emotion into our words. Most movies that have been dubbed for English speakers fall short of this. Certain tones can set the mood for your intent with a word. If you learn how to imbue your words with emotions, they will have a powerful impact on your listeners. Good luck everyone. You got this 😄❤️
