      It's not that they'll disappoint, tho, they will. It's not healthy.
      My daughter is basically my whole world and I know it's not healthy. She is only reason I made it thru a horribly ugly divorce from a spiteful, vindictive, cruel, manipulative cheating ex wife that lied to get a restraining order so she could take my house and literally
      Everything I owned. 4 yrs later and my life is rebuilt around my daughter. She is what got me thru but also what made it so hard bc I couldn't see her everyday. Now we coparent amicably and I could kick my ex out but it would hurt our daughter so much.
      A new job, old friends, and dating has allowed me to build a life for me. I'm still dedicating my life to my girl. I'd be devastates if anything happened to her. But she'll grow up, move out, start a family, etc.

      @gideontasanmi half of THE property, as in during divorce proceedings or splitting things you own together quietly without having to be threatened and potentially being unable to escape at that point. You can always mail stuff back but it's a lot harder to get out safely from poor relationships. When one goes south don't let it get worse just dip.

      @tjanderson5892 10 months ago +17

      For real. It at first came off like some Gone Girl shit, but then it ends up being just a marriage and guilt story. There was no meticulously planned revenge plot, but that may be my fault for assuming there ever was one solely based off the early narration. Why the hell was the side piece at the same vacation spot? Lol I thought she set that up or something.
      Still, it's a let down that she just bumbles into a revenge scheme where she ruins 3 innocent ppls lives bc she couldn't hold her man down. And they wrote her to turn to rug munching bc if she hooked up w/ a guy then she becomes the villain instead of the sympathetic victim they wanted to end on. Lol good premise, but the film fell apart

      Bizarre evil story. The end would have been better with her being recorded and going to prison. Trust is a big deal in a marriage. And people can do bad things that can’t be undone in a moment of anger.

      Will broke up with Cara, but she was not over him. She followed Will to the vacation spot. The only innocent person was Garth. The lesbian sex part was not necessary in the movie, nor was the office farewell party. However, it did provide an opportunity for Liv to talk with Marissa.

      @lolarose70somebody staying with her husband and trying to work it out is not wrong. Yes, it was also wrong of her to push the lady off the cliff although, she thought it was her husband. She was still wrong even if it was her husband. However, her husband should have been faithful. His unfaithfulness played a big role in all of this. So the both of them are to be blamed but the husband's affair did start the motion of everything.

    Man some people really jump from 0 to 100. Guy cheated, and he's wrong for that, and he's garbage, I agree. But his wife jumping straight to unaliving someone?? I have been cheated on too, it was horrible, but I never even thought of unaliving my now ex. Like, I don't personally believe that if someone cheats on you unaliving them is ok or that they deserve it, like this story supposedly teaches us. I'd wish them to be cheated on by their next partner, sure, but not literally being unalived, jesus xD

Also, i appreciate the way they don't sugarcoat a cheater in a relationship. Like they didn't give him a redemption really, they just said hey he cheated. Then hey he cheated WORSE. he's a piece of garbage 😂😂

    • @black_horyzon
      @black_horyzon 4 months ago +1

      So you're saying a mother cannot be allowed to worry about her daughter? The only person and the only family she had? How can liv's mom is "too involved" for something so basic in a family affair?
      Liv' mother is a widow, and since she already know how bad her situation, she doesn't want her daughter to face the same thing. Is that what you guys called "too involved"?

    • @black_horyzon
      @black_horyzon 4 months ago

      @DanielSelkyet that "adult child" doesnt act like how "adult" should be. It was supposed to be a shorter problem if Liv divorced Will early. Simple and wise decision. But she didnt.

    • @DanielSelk
      @DanielSelk 4 months ago +1

      @black_horyzon ...so you'd be okay when you're 30 that your mother force you to come back home with her or she'll get you in trouble when you don't want to? Sure, she can worry about her daughter, but when her daughter doesn't want to do something she should have just let her. And yes, the girl isn't fully acting like an adult...so let her suffer the adult consequences of her actions instead of letting mommy deal with it for you?

    • @black_horyzon
      @black_horyzon 4 months ago +3

      Thats just how fragile human is. She grew up experiencing the abscence of father. Her mother divorced, and she might want to feel the warmth and loving care from a man. Hence why this whole movie is about Liv holding her marriage, in hope that her husband might changed.
      But then we also cannot normalize cheating. Will already married, then why he still hold an affair with Cara? Why he lies repeatedly from the first place? Is Liv isnt enough for him because she is not as sexy as Cara?
      If you feel afraid of how women can be so vengeful, you also should fear how men is a selfish creature

    You really shouldn't plot the death of someone who cheats on you. You can leave. The girl is being portrayed as a heroine. If the sexes were swapped in this story, it would have a different reaction. Imagine a movie about a nice guy who's girl cheats on him with several guys. Nobody would think the guy justified to try and kill her. "Be a man and move on".

    Love the story bc of the moral lesson here. Hope this will help cheaters to think twice of the ultimate repercussios of infidelity... how it affects many people's lives & relationships. I'm so happy that in the end it's the cheaters that finally got & so deserved the harshest punishment... death & imprisonment! Though I really felt bad towards Carrie's BF Garth for his undesrved demise. Also it just shows that a woman should never sacrifice her own independence & dignity for husbands/BF sake! Not worth it. Thank you & Kudos to the author &👏 for the amazing narration!
