Impulsive 1 suitable for bh or hitting a single target person. Impulsive 2 is really good when u are surrounded with more than 1 enemy it deals equal to higher dmg than impulsive 1. So if u wanna mainly do bh and kvm go for 1 first but if gvg content 2 is best

If u are cri build no need for making hit% becuz impulsive slash never miss a target if it proc, but u do need final cri instead. For shura with high flee cannot dodge impulsive fyi
190% final cri is decent enough , but for cribonus and pbonus before new patch we needed 2:1 But this current patch i feel when i raise pbonus it deal more than raising cribonus, i would say try get pbonus at 250% while cribonus at 400 to 450

The miss that u see probably becuz its normal atk that didnt proc impulsive slash. U dont need dmg from normal atk cuz we play int
