YES .. I've been to Australia and learned it's history and I thought Captain Cook .. and then Willem Janszoon rang a bell in my head because of the year in the question.
GOOD QUIZ, BEN! Bonus.... macho, big-game hunter Teddy Roosevelt. (FYI, in NYC they removed his statue in front of the Museum of Natural History!!! Yey. Cheers! (this one I'm sure about ;)
22/25, though this included one lucky-ish guess. Missed the one about Lippershey, first European in Australia, and the Alkebulan question. Bonus answer is Theodore Roosevelt.
Thank you. 😁 Unfortunately I don't always have time to record a voiceover, as it adds another days work to production. I will try to record as many as I can. Thanks for watching 😁
22/25 .. I got 12 without even looking at the choice of answers .. another 5 because I remembered the answer when I saw it .. another 3 because I knew for certain that it wasn't any of the other answers on offer .. and 2 were lucky guesses. The bonus looks like it might be Theodore Roosevelt .. but then I'm not as good at US Presiddents as I am at UK Prime Ministers.
Glad you enjoyed it. I'm also dyslexic 😁 . If you need more time just change the playback speed or press pause. In most of my videos I also read out the questions and answers, which should help. Thanks for watching 😁
Thanks. I do enjoy your voice. Without the voice it was a bit more challenging, but added an element of immediacy when answering the question. My guesses were actually pretty good. “First thought” and better if I didn’t second guess, which I still did. Ah, the learning curve comes round the bend!
@@Quizzes4U You're a sweetheart. I'm Scottish. Can you put a few Braveheart and Outlander questions in next time? (Only kidding. Braveheart was a travesty!)
Reza Pahlavi was only the shah for about 25 years, the previous Shah was 11 when Pahlavi’s father, who was Ahmad Shah’s commander in chief, overthrew him, and was in his late 20’s when he was deposed! Seems to be a little none fact that people tend to over look. In fact, the Kadjar family were in power for approximately 400 years or more…..I dare say Pahlavi can’t boast about that.
Teddy Roosevelt, or maybe Robin Williams. Great history lesson, thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it. Roosevelt👍
Maybe he hasn’t seen Night at the Museum! 😁
Good quiz, bonus is Theodore Roosevelt, or as someone pointed out Robin Williams in "Night at the Museum", my score 20/25.

GOOD QUIZ, BEN! Bonus.... macho, big-game hunter Teddy Roosevelt. (FYI, in NYC they removed his statue in front of the Museum of Natural History!!! Yey. Cheers! (this one I'm sure about ;)

I prefer the quizzes with a voiceover.
Thank you. 😁 Unfortunately I don't always have time to record a voiceover, as it adds another days work to production. I will try to record as many as I can. Thanks for watching 😁

Good quiz did ok, but it went a wee bit fast for us dyslexics, I hate to pause, maybe give a little longer?

I really like the music, opening graphics and photos.
I miss the speaker on this quiz.
Thanks. Sorry for no voiceover, sometimes I just don't get the time to record one.
