Sir, it has been reported that HC has passed a recommendation for 2 year mandatory practice as eligibility for upcoming judiciary. Do you have any information regarding this?
@ yes, full court meeting was held few days ago wherein a resolution was passed among all the justices to enforce 2 year mandatory practice. However whether it will be implemented from 33rd BJS or not is yet to be confirmed.
Those who have done their llb from central universities like DU law faculty, student don't even get 60%. This will be utterly unfair to us@@User_2146-h1o

@@waquarahmad1737 oh god! I hope they don’t. Or even if they do, there should be an alternative of 70% or so in LLB just like MP did.
