my spagetti squash I cut in half and scoop out and put one half in a micro bowl and put water in the place you dug seeds out and put the other half on top and nuke 15 minutes. I actually like to cut them and olive oil and lay down on a sheet pan and roast to get that carmelish on out side. Sometimes I do rings so that I can make the roasted part more. Not sure if u know this but u can cook spaghetti in instapot after u clean squash out on manual 6 mins😁

Flip the squash over and use a fork to scrape the flesh into noodle-like strands. Than serve it with pasta sauce it looks and tastes like spaghetti
