I love everything about this redrow home! Having 3 good sized double bedrooms that all have ensuite’s is such a great idea for modern day family living. Great video😊
I love it. Ideal for grown up families with teenage kids or older. Or couples who have guests to stay. Perfect if you want a lodger. Why does a 3 bed have to be smaller. You get a 3 bed home without losing out on living space downstairs. Nice alternative to the traditional 4 bed layout .
Love that all bedrooms have en-suite with walk in wardrobe for the masters

Where we live there’s lots of Redrow sites, they often have the Oxford and you can pick to have a lifestyle Oxford for the same price however it does go from a 4 bed to a 3 bed. A good principle however it does reduce the residuals of the house and encourage HMOs, which is an issue on our current bellways development.
Whenever I see every bedroom with an en-suite all I can think of is all the cleaning...
● Oxford Style 3 Bed with each En-suite
● Oxford Standard 4 bed 1 En-suite

If you have 2 teenagers its ideal. Have been looking at this house. The footprint is the same as the 4 bed cambridge.

If you’ve got little ones then they would have to have a bath in the master bedroom.

Depends on age of family. If young then fair enough but having en suites with teenagers would be very handy!! Good option to have
Love the inbuilt fridges I haven't seen them in Australia. Please don't use the wide-angle lense on your camera as it gives a false impression of dimensions.
We actually have one of the original Leamingtons and it is a three bedroom with a master bathroom and an ensuite in the master bedroom. I personally think the original is better as I love having a big landing but I can see why they changed it to utilise the space. Not family friendly. When family come over with little ones where would they bath them? Not really practical for families.
