It's fine if they don't change the constitution the child can be a us citizen but that doesn't make their parents us citizens unless they want to leave their child in the us while they are deported or take their child home with them and the child can return when there grown up

US birthright citizenship is one of reason that lures illegal immigrants to US. US birthright citizenship cannot eliminate because it's is in Us Constitution but hopefully can be revised such as baby becomes US citizen if both parents are US citizens.
