In my country we call "gooey" underbaked but I know Americans love them some gooey brownies. I just prefer them more on the dry side. But those cream puffs looked abosolutely heavenly. Anything with a custard filling is a yes in my book
I'm more of a medium-well type of guy. Still a little moist/fudgy in the middle, but not oozing. It's just a preference thing if you want it gooey or dry. At the end of the day, you're eating the brownie so you eat how you like it.

In the first video she tried them, they were gooey too. I think since they have a lot of butter in them, when they are heated they get soft and gooey as the butter melts and makes them soft. (Which is why they would be firm at room temp bc butter is solid at room temp)
They were solid when they were shipped to me and only got gooey when I warmed them up! I think the butter theory is correct, y'all are smarter than me lol I couldn't figure out how he managed to make them solid and gooey at the same time
