For everyone asking about the bleeping it's about the use of referencing people/things outside of the office. Either they didn't want to give a free endorsement to the restaurant they visited or the restaurant didn't give them permission to reference them in the video and the same goes for the waitress they also mentioned.
At least I'm like 80% sure, I can't think of any other reasons so this is probably it.

To this day I still wonder how Michael knew about the lightning bolt in round 2, but it was used in round 3. Now some might say they just edited the matches out of order since round 3 was the most exciting, but to that I ask, why did they talk about it being round 3 at the start of round 3 then? It must have been played last.
