@Charmaine Williams same here. I do an HIIT workout called Body Combat and that move is in there, heh. I’ve been doing Combat for like 4 years now and still can’t master that move, lol.

This is cute 😍 and all, but I was there when the running man first was created, I learned it from the contemporary videos of its time, and I did it with my friends of the culture it came out of doing it! That is not the running man. Maybe the fast walking man, or the Michael Jackson skip, but not the running man. Google some 80's video running man clips, or kidn'play doing the running man.... you'll see what I'm saying. But this is so cute. 😍

Then as the crowd gathers, other musicians appear from all directions until there is an orchestra playing. There is a short in which these guys do their steps in the Russian woods joined by 40 children.
I'm in my late 40s, old enough to remember when the running man was a brand new dance craze in the 80s, became cheesy/corny but still fun in the early and mid 90s.....faded out (seemingly) and now to a new generation it's just retro cool. Basically what Chubby Checker's "Twist" dance from the 1950s and 60s was to me in the 80s and 90s, a fun retro dance.
