Turkey on the smoker!! Traeger grills. Brine and dine!

    What was in your brine?

      3 litres of water, a full chicken broth (900ml) container. Brought it to a boil, then added 1 cup+ of kosher salt, half a cup of brown sugar and some black pepper corns. Once everything was dissolved, I added some ice to cool it and then put it outside where it cooled quickly!! When it was quite cold I added my turkey for about 12 hours.
