I am an application developer , I worked on development of such application in past and with my experience I can assure that there is no such features feasible to implement to detect who is wearing a watch and completing a steps . Apple Watch is very premium but that doesn’t means that they have that ability to detect who is completing steps and all . Based on the data shared through a watch is marked as fixed analytic and does not indiacate or differentiate based on gender or age . So what Ergo has said is just a policy and they have no such tech to identify the user .
