- Mineski was a Philippines team that qualified for the 2013 League of Legends world championship. Even though they were the worst team, and not as good as Mineski DOTA 2, they embodied League of Legends Philippines esports spirit. Pinoy pride!

Hi. Merry Christmas! Also, I'm back. :)
You can blame this long hiatus on COVID, trying to finish college, and me still running my collegiate esports program, but I can at least say I'm back and now making content on this channel once more!
Thank you Kudo for your effort. You shall be blessed by the wave of pinoys who shamelessly represent (i am one of them.. also hated by them :D )
thanks for coming back we love ur content
It's good to have you back, hope things are going well on your side.
Hi Kudo, thank you for creating this documentary about Mineski! I'm a Filipino and have been following the Philippine League scene for a while now. I've played on some amateur tournaments, and so far our scene is not really on there yet. However, I have a lot of hope that one day we can get there! I'm waiting for the time when we can finally get back to worlds! Cheers! ^^
The sad part is Mineski was scrutinized by their own country men for losing badly in the Worlds. Failed to realize just how beloved their representatives were internationally. Mineski embodied the Filipino Spirit: the bravery to face the storm head on and the resiliency to stand up again.
Damn I remember seeing this team during Worlds and thinking they were the odd ones out. Didn't realise how wholesome their players are; really refreshing to see in LoL.
I think quite a lot of players are wholesome but awkward in general and get frustrated in SoloQ. Rookie and Doinb seem extremely wholesome though.
As someone from a minor region (LATAM), Mineski filled my heart. We know our teams won't ever lift the cup, at least for the foreseeable future. So the best we can hope for is that our teams play the best League they can, and that they represent our region the best they can, in and out of the game. And Mineski did just that for the Filipines. Many will remember them as a joke, but anyone that watches this video will know how good of a team they actually were.
Glad to have you back
Finally welcome back missed you.
That's a name I didn't hear in a loooooong time...
Thanks for coming back. I hope you got everything done that you wanted and (obviously completely not-selfishly) that we get more great videos!
Merry Christmas!
Kudo your videos have been MISSED
The biggest reason i love ur vids is that they take me back to 2011-2014 where i was so happy to play league. Sure I still play it today, but its just to hang out with my friends. Back then i was just happy to play the game and participate with the pro-scene, knowing all the teams and the players. Now i have moved on a bit and i just dont get the same feeling from playing the game or watching Worlds or w/e. Kudos to you man
Love these throwbacks man, I started watching League in Seasons 2-3 so they really hit the spot. Can't wait for more
welcome back, my dude. hope you're doing well. great content!
I hope LOL team in PH will rise again
Well that's impossible for now... Mobile legends already dominated the gaming communities in the Philippines along with the fact that most of the Filipinos cannot afford personal computer
@@villamorgallevo9578then why Philippines support DOTA 2 not LOL??
@@Jffusilero well because Philippines is more skilled in DOTA 2 community and already established a good pro team that can keep up internationally while League Filipino Team can't even pass PCS as #1 team
@@AsirionV4they're hardstuck by (League of Legends)thailand pro team so sad to watch like i'm watching a iron division vs gold division match 🤦
Merry Christmas and OMG! You're back! :D
Please do Team Coast
The meneski just vanish like bubble hope they will comeback this days thank u for making a vid for them
Mineski became liyab esports actually kaigu roleswap to top but.... He change to wild rift now but i dont know of exo became exosen then roleswap to mid then roleswap to adc again tgee became coach
Mayroon pala kaming e-Sports team na nakapag-laro sa Worlds? Salamat sa video na ito.
Yeah team Pacific and mineski both taking last
i miss you kudo
Those team fights during the qualifier were HYPE
Well done video about the well missed team Mineski
man i really want a pinoy team in MSI and WORLDS :(
That was just how E-sports used to be where everyone was full of passion and simple in a good way.
I’d say the fans are still passionate. Times are just different now.
Subbed!! Great docu!
Let's go!
Missed your vids man
return of the king
and 2013 was also the beginning of SKT T1 as a Huge Wall to every team in in LoL History. even now
Who's this watching in 2023 after T1 became world champion
This video makes me feel I'm too old😅.
It's a Christmas Miracle!!!
tgee shared this on their page
This video makes me miss season 3 an deman commentary:/
Holy fuck i havent seen your channel in forever
MINESKIIIII
Hays..Kelan kaya ulit tayo papasok sa worlds?
Next life 😂
pre yung challenger dito sa ph server ng LoL parang iron division lng sa kanila sa totoo lang ang gaganda ng mga laruan nila sa server na yun tapos sa pro scene ni Thailand di nila matalo-talo? 11 years later walang improvements buti pa Vietnam may sarili na silang pro league.
they might've lost in lol but their dota team is really good
Holy shit, I was wondering where Kudo went
So.... NA Fans started cheering for 0-X teams back in Season 3... so they would know how it works in 2020... that is some impressive comitment...
Thats why were hardstuck only local tournaments. That's why no one will sponsor the PH team in League of Legends. If there were any, many player would play again, so ph can dominate korean teams.
Where r they now?it's diffin philippines..people who manage them tends to be corrupt
Exo, Kaigu and Tgee went on to participate in the LST (SEA), PCS (SEA with TW/HK/MC) regions til 2020. They would go on to play in the LoL Wild Rift scene but they're coaches now (except Exo). As for Snoy and Yume, their careers didn't last long after their Worlds run and they eventually retired
OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
PINOY'S RIPRISINT!!!
The problem is not withe mechanics or skill o be honest it is how our country view esports as a whole no support at all imagine if someone just invested on them to find a better coach better house and ect.
It obvious they dont want mineski to win xD.very obvious
