Come on people don't send that kinda stuff it's disgusting. Sun-dried or not it go's bad when being shipped, more so if your a country away or more from Australia. US and UK packages can take us 2 weeks to get, China and japan takes us 3-4 weeks to get. So imagine for a moment with shipping treatment, possible rain, possible heat. It's bad ok, more so if the package has suffered the heat most when being shipped. Food rots within the 3 weeks or so, cereal is air tight and packed to cope, but not food like this, unless it's in a airtight bag, sealed bag or foil lined bag, it just won't last the shipping trip.
Under Australian law your not supposed to bring in food such as those chillies into the country as they are a biohazard, did you dispose of them properly?

Those aren't dry tomatoes. They are dry up red chili peppers. You make food with them. They are very yummy,when they are blend in a blender and make a red sauce with them.

its not ando's fault, becuase they were in the package for so long, they basically died, being unable to eat etc.
