It was interesting but I could not finish watching because the commentator was annoying. I mean no disrespect but she needs to shut up and just let us watch the craftsman do his thing.
Alexander Mulholland wouldn’t wax be particularly expensive to waste in a country like Ghana? Why waste wax when the method used is good enough for the finished product. Just saying that’s all.
I hope to God you didn't go home and actually use that thing those Pistons have zinc and lead and all kinds of secondary metals it's not pure aluminum what he's doing
Amazing but so unfortunate they have to use aluminum. Used for cooking over all those years, it can lead to Alzheimers. It's why it is very difficult if not impossible to find aluminum pots anymore. But yes, use the materials they have available obviously.
Aluminium also has a much lower melting temperature than iron, copper and most other metals that are commonly used for cooking pots. It is therefore much easier to produce. I'm happy they don't use lead; that would be horrible for one's health xd.
The alzheimers link is debatable, based on newer studies; however, I wouldn't want to cook in a pot made out of mystery aluminum alloys, you never know what else is in there or what it's been contaminated with (lead, cadmium, etc)
This man is very dangerous working his job great 👍👌
This is a very detailed video for making old pots 👍👍👍
Exceptional. Excellent job
Real professional craftsmen and in total compliance of workmen safety rules.
Incredible!
It really is... Thanks for commenting.
RESPECT TO THESE GUYS❤
your videos are very interesting and informative
Amazing, using a primitive tool can make a beautiful bowl
He about messed that foot up! 5:15
They can work around metal all day every day barefooted and never get burnt
great video....I wish i could do this with castiron.. l like that accent... "fixin to"
5:18 the red hot aluminum just missed his toes. That's when my testicles rose up to replace my tonsils.
Daniel Zuñiga Gutierrez 😅😅😅
😆😁😄
Awesome!
Good.
galing naman👏👏👏👏👏👏
Да, техника безопасности на уровне!
The scrap aluminium used isn't 100% pure. What effect this has on cooking pots I'd not like to guess.
Weldon but what did you add to it on fire to melt or dissolve it easily
v good job
They are super human
What type of soil are you using
Soooo good
How do you handle bare metal all day and never get a blister or a scratch

Mama Ming agreed!!! 😩
i saw the video without sound during work. it was great. i didnt even knew there was sound!
You can always mute the video... isn’t that an option?
@@jasonberg6550 You can't mute just the voice...
What type of sand is used?
Thanks
Almost had Tony Stark Foot
Most All the doctors in the USA are from India or Pakistan
He almost had his foot
A miracle he still has both feet. He grabbed the pot with the melted aluminum like my mum would grab a bucket to wash the floor
Moltene metal and flip flops.... Definitely OSHA approved...
Maravilha 😊
The "shoes"... GOOD LUCK.....
Well I be dam
I'm pretty sure molten metal will leave a blister on a person's skin
Nobody has a blister
Nobody has a scratch
Good video. But need to scold that video editor person. Quite irritating
please wear smooth leather shoes covering your toes to protect you so you dont burn your feet
No burns not so much as a a callous
Did any other craftsmen in Ghana happen to use "lost wax" methods where the mould is made of wax and melts away in the casting?

He got a point, U gotta work with what U got, & that's what they're doing.
What's with all the fade in/fade outs? It's so annoying! Just cut to the next scene.
Their are yours
Take
Then they go and build a machine to do same.
AlumInium
@@fahey7335 what
Wondering what the african academics are doing 🤔?
@Emanuel Marques 🤣🤣🤣

creative excellent aluminum crafts.
bad video editing with useless fade in/ fade out effects.
bad narrator, talking without facts
Aluminium in the flu shot too right?
not all of them, and if, then not as metal, and in a very tiny amount. if you eat a fish you will run more of it through your body
I wouldn't eat out of those pots if you paid me. Be my guest!

People have used this kind of pot for decades and hardly do they have any history of Alzheimer's.
Awesome!
