At 7:56 you mentioned a certain styles. At the point in the video you caught a floater, but not sure that’s what you were referencing. But that particular style, From my knowledge there’s a big crew of fellas from Oakland CA that do that style. Must be 15 or so of them. Not sure if the style originated from the east bay but it’s big there. Know a few kids that go hard with it.
Great comment on the “motivational do what you want, with disregard to common sense”! So agree. It’s a shame people n kids don’t know their roll these days.

DERO definitely is an underrated graffiti writer ... He is old school and always had dope styles and was up on the number line subways. Nice to see a piece of his. A lot of writers come out of Bushwick ... Good Writers.

I love graff but sometimes its just too much, thousands of throw ups and tags but nothing really stands out, just looks messy, and the amount of trash on the ground is crazy. I think I would lose interest in graffiti if I lived in NYC, I would get desensitized to it 😂 I live in a medium sized city in Sweden and if I see a newly painted piece by someone I get excited, because theres not a lot of active writers here 😅 and shit gets buffed fast, you are lucky if your stuff lasts a week.

I kinda like the sloppy mess and complete chaos… usually the focus on 1 or particular artist develops into other areas of conversation im really not interested in… like cool, you paint graffiti.
