@@MaciejPiotrowski Bi-Directional is the ability to communicate and interact with vehicle in both directions from the scanner, so it can read codes but also test the car too. For example, if you worked on your power windows and needed to test the window regulator, you could send a message to raise/lower the window from the scanner itself.

@@skarekrow101 I have never had to do that since I was only testing components. This is good question to the manufacturer.
