U can take direct flight from Stockholm to Delhi, check finnair or Turkish airlines

I'm sending from a authorised good courier service and I have never paid additional tax till now...
But currently situation, I think Sweden embassy is not open

Not really. Once you check in & collect ur boarding pass, You directly recieve luggage at your final destination belt.

How many kilos of lugages allowed?
Depends on airlines , usually 23kgs per person plus 8 kgs in the cabin.
