Also, diet culture does not work. It makes you gain weight long term.
Also also, people born to parents who went though lengths of time without eating or eating much are more likely to gain more weight as a survival mechanism because the body wants defence against starvation (guess what most of our parents were doing. Binging and starving to try and lose weight)

I love that Lizzo made a show about her BigGrrrls and then being able to see them throughout the journey. I’m obsessed! I love being able to know some of her backup dancers personally.
