Teaching LE and Megan how to repair the fences after flooding would be a good life lesson for them for now and the future. Don't do it alone, it's their job now too and teaching them to not be overwhelmed by the task but to do a section at a time is the way to go. Have a great day.

Aunt Lydia has come a long way since she first showed up! She is now the protector and very high up on the hierarchy. I understand why the memorial garden hasn't been taken care of yet...animals' areas and your homes need to be first. Lots of property = lots of time...sections is a great idea! That way you feel accomplished and can see the results...that makes a huge impact on how you view yourself, the property,, and your work. I'm here to support you 100%.

Yes, show them what to do and how to do it, then they need to do it with your guidance. You are the master teacher. You own it, but they will learn to repair and truly provide the upkeep - even if little at a time. You are also right about the sanctuary is or will be overrun with geese and ducks - there is no way to keep all the poop and stains all over every concrete pathway.

The best way to do big jobs is dividing the tasks up. I am in yard work and garden planting season and I break up my gardens into 20 sections and commit to one a day. Helps keep the overwhelming feels down and I take joy in the accomplishments. Maybe this notion will help LE and Megan as well as they learn to manage the sanctuary property. It is huge overwhelming I have no doubt.

Your approach as to one section at a time is the only way to attack it. And with the other two properties, that process is going to be a long one. But as you experienced before, it will all get done eventually. I hope there is some money in the budget to hire at least some help? However, with the expensive pond repair, that may just not be possible. It absolutely gets harder as we age and are injured...more than I ever understood until living it!! and her geese and for the longest time, I thought Lydia was a Morrow family member and the geese belonged to her. I wondered what became of Lydia because I never seen her. I thought she had perhaps married and moved away or had sadly passed and back then I was a little shy of commenting, incase I showcased my stupidity - but now that everyone has become so well acquainted with my ‘stupidness’’, lol, I don’t mind relating how I originally thought Lydia was member of the Morrow family, who at one time owned the geese at the sanctuary. 🤣🤪😂

Iss has turned into a bird sanctuary, and so untidy or maybe it’s because Lester had such high standards when he was there and Megan and LE don’t 🤷🏻‍♀️

LE and Megan shouldn't have to be told what needs to be done! They are ADULTS that took on the job of the place and seems to pick and choose what they want to do! They are lazy because they can be! It's Lesters fault LE is the way he is! The sanctuary died the day LE took it over!! It's sad, Lester is more worried about coddling LE! Megan has the mentality of a teenager, she is delayed!!

Lady these people live a life of service. They live to give , and as far as I’m concerned those who haven’t had the courage to dedicate everything to something bigger than them should not have a spirit of entitlement to pass judgment. Take a page from their book and humble yourself. It takes all types of people to make the world go around, and there are many ways to approach and manage responsibilities.

The puppy is so sweet. I have to admit that LE & Megan got it for ISS. However, I'm SMH that they got the puppy. Especially when LE expressed he didnt like large dogs. Thats why Sadie ended up at LHL. Might as well let the puppy get attached to you cause it's just a matter of time before it'll be sent to live at LHL or JL Ranch. No offense Lester it's just how it seems to go.

It’s still your property so, yes it your business! Not only is it your business but, your responsibility to make sure that the feathers don’t get out of hand and end up disrupting and/or upsetting the rest of the Morrows. Eventually, those feathers will end up all over their properties/ponds as well.

Also, like Lester has said we only see a snippet of what happens everyday - trust me - I believe that they've been working their tails off! I'm so very proud of the work LE and Megan have done after the flood ❤😊 It's a shame that you can't see it 😔

@@abbymetzel6063 One excuse after another! NO they are not doing what needs to be done! They are doing what they want to do! Chickens, cats, rabbits! They ruined that place! LE and Megan are comfortable watching others , especially Lester kill themselves to do the work they don’t want to do! If they were grown and mature enough to take care of the property they would have a bed time and a get up time and start their day! Like kids, they do what they want! They are both FULL of excuses for their laziness! Lester is to blame for LE! LE should have been a girl, he is soft!
