I love Dreamstate Logic, and this picture is really neat. But what I like the best is the kitty cat sitting on the bed. I just got a cat before the end of 2020, and he's very comforting, and this extra little detail makes the music even better. 😊
If I ever become an astronaut. I will have that exactly that music to be played during the trip from the command center to the launch pad... Astronauts can choose different tracks (their favorite ones): as a general rule, nothing special but as if "matching" one to one the "average (that is mediocre) taste" of the mass audience riveted to the TV sets or to the screens... No, they do not want Vangelis, Jean Michelle Jarre, or any other great composer of electronic music... Have they ever encountered Dream State Logic? One can only rarely stumble and fall while going the primrose way but when it comes to bearing the torch and keeping the flame alight in storms and winds, how many can really do that? How many can swim against the tide and not succumb to the temptation to follow the line of least resistance and look in the direction where everybody looks? Is that not reminding me of the famous experiments in the elevators in the 1960s? Hey, Colby Sixx, many thanks for your "marginal realism" and many thanks for your creation of music for "non-conformsts"! Many people will avoid your music the way they avoid hard questions and Gordian knots and going out of their comfort zone and eventually looking the truth in the eyes...
