I realized the same thing, I hated the very concept of time travel before endgame, now more so
@@tegantabe6938 what I hated most before endgame was agent 13. She's Peggy Carter's niece right? Her last name is Carter. Which means she would have to be Peggy's brother's daughter. The brother who went crazy and disappeared from the war and came back to shoot Jack Thompson. That brother. Yeah, that makes sense.
They just walked all over that show, and everytime I think about it I'm pissed because the show was just as good as some of the movies!
And then they had Agents of SHIELD try to patch up their mistake--which honestly wasn't an awful storyline. If the films acknowledged the series whatsoever I think I'd be a little consoled.
@@RoseETempest Yeah, I figured that out too Steve dosen't have any siblings and the last name is Carter, so really the only way Sharon Carter can exist if her grandfather is Michael. Peggy's brother cause Peggy is Sharon's great aunt. I also think Michael kill Jack, or it might of been Bucky because the time line matches for him to become the winter soldier, or for all we know they might of been brainwashed together and Michael may have killed Jack. I can't think of any other reason why Michael would even attempted to kill Jack, what do you think
@@tegantabe6938 michael shot jack the Agent Carter writers confirmed it. And honestly, if you watch any television... They showed his character so much that season, he was obviously going to be in the next one.
The file that Thompson uncovers says M Carter. It's not for Margret. It's for Michael. Obviously there were some f'd up AWESOME dramatic secrets to be uncovered about what happened to Michael in the war.
Secrets about mysterious "M Carter" + Jack's semi-involvement with some crooked government officials = assassination attempt from someone close.
Also, I don't believe the Winter Soldier was running missions yet. While it seems like the timeline makes sense here, the whole brainwashing project can't have been all that successful in the beginning. So, even if HYDRA was involved (which I honestly believe they weren't because including that group too much would have messed up with the eventual plot line of Winter Soldier. And if MARVEL thought enough to warn Agents of SHIELD, they would likely also warn Agent Carter writers) Barnes wouldn't have been involved.

for people who say a third season could never happen because of the timelines, just know that's not true because when they went back in time, they created alternate timelines, the original one still exists and Peggy is still a single bada$$ in it
