I beg to differ, that is very much Ronald Winans after the first heart surgery and a loss of much weight. He just didn't have his beard anymore and this was before he passed.which was June 17, 2005. The video was just uploaded after.
This recording was 2004 I watched this in video over and over in 2005! This was Rons last recording he died in June 2005
