As Casey's Vehicle Acquirance is here to serve! For only $250-1000(depending on vehicle type) we can get them right to you!! The Scenario: A civ will text you requesting another civs car, they have to provide name of car, color, make, etc and the owners name. Once done you can go track down the car and steal them after you stole the car text the civ that requested the car a meeting place. (Ace liquor, motel, stab city etc) after that you and the civ go there once they arrive you drop the car, the civ pay you and job done. Maybe they can request cop cars too, but its your choice)

Why do DOJ cops constantly pull people over for missing doors? There's is absolutely nothing illegal or unsafe about it... Otherwise Jeep's would not be allowed to be sold.
_-Delaware Scrap-_ California, the place they base their laws off of for this RP, has no law regarding doors being on or off... So long as they are not on, open, and swinging about and you have a single functioning rear facing mirror then it is okay to have no door.
California state vehicle code doesn't require you to have two doors, or any number of doors for that matter. He could get you for missing the mirror though.
Your excuse should have been like you have a tracker to find your grandpas treasure chest and so whenever you turn on the tracker it locks on to the helicopter and beeps

Well the server doesn't have ELS cause it's not compatible with multiplayer so it's rather difficult to program functionality for secondary lights and traffic bars.... How about doing something to fix it rather then complaining about it?

The lock on for the air craft only makes a noise for 1 second and that’s it. It doesn’t make a continuous noise.
