I disagree with Pant's point he stated. Pant couldn't do shit in this entire series and now he hit a T20 style 61 off 33balls in the 2nd innings and you are saying that could have been gabba level knock😂 . Look how nitish reddy and jaiswal have hit 100s in the series. They were a lot more patient and methodical in their approach. If he could play a semi aggressive innings like 100 of 100balls kind of like a patient ODI century then it would have helped us in setting up a bigger target. But most importantly Bumrah was needed in any way possible, since Bumrah was not there khwaja and konstas got free hand at our bowlers. Virat has played only 4 SENA test without Bumrah. 2 in Australia 2014( recently appointed as captain) and 2 in England in which he was injured. Even in those, 2 tests we should have won. I disagree with Pant's point he stated. Pant couldn't do shit in this entire series and now he hit a T20 style 61 off 33balls in the 2nd innings and you are saying that could have been gabba level knock😂 . Look how nitish reddy and jaiswal have hit 100s in the series. They were a lot more patient and methodical in their approach. If he could play a semi aggressive innings like 100 of 100balls kind of like a patient ODI century then it would have helped us in setting up a bigger target.
