WALK ABOUT TOWN A walk along Railway Road,Leigh

We take a stroll a along Railway Road which has seen better days
We took a look at the old Railway Road collage which has been sitting derelict for some years now. With half the building demolished only front remains it does look like there some renovation work going on
Railway Road does look in such a sorry site these days in some parts of but would great to see it return to former glory

Good to know what’s down there at the mysterious end of Railway Road. Obviously most people just knock about round Bradshawgate and the market when they shuffle into Leigh. I do anyroad.

Lived in Leigh for 50 years it's a crying shame its left to rot funding is not forthcoming for anything from Wigan
