@@anu.elsewhere Below 10 lack all are amt and above verna City ,seltos ,creta comes with both amt in lower varients auto and dct in top htx+ and S(o) turbo respectively, same with hector and harrier lower varients auto have amt top varients have dct and above this cars segment like compas fortuner endeavour till RR all have dct 👍

Even inline transmission & Transaxle should have been covered in this.
MT - is simple & pocket friendly.
AMT- it's MT with a programed AMT unit on it.
AT- torque converter concept. For high end & Expensive vehicles.
CVT- same concept of scooter.
DCT- simply 2 transmission combination, 2 clutches 1 for even gears & other for odd gears.

I haven't drive dct yet but for 8 year i have driving manual transmission and i love manual transmission whenever you need initial power you have that and also things are change now if talk about old manual transmission with today's Mt there is much changes the trow is less then before smoothness and of course if you're driving enthusiast definitely you love mt
