Most people can solo this boss. Just use ghoul race v4 buddha sharkman karate ghoul mask and fly in a boat to use as cover for some of the boss's attacks to regen.

Kaido (The dragon fruit user from one piece) didn't awaken his fruit, so there's no reason for it to be awakened.
Not to mention, they said that Dragon's getting a REWORK, they will only change the visuals and the skills.
