- Gunner HEAT PC is a game that bridges simulations with game mechanics. In this video, I'm playing a mission called Kingly Kayak at night with the M60A1 Rise (Passive). While US tanks in the current game have thermal, the M60A1 requires you to manually range. The night-time mission in this tank is a bit challenging as it requires you to range while switching to the built-in night vision.

Yeeees. Love this game. Cheers from Estonia
Good, as always
The game looks really good , nice video
That's the longest damage list I've ever seen. ☠
Epic
Just curious but how were you ranging your targets? Did you use part of the reticle to estimate the range or did you just guess? Also, is the M60A1 Rise Passive normally available in the game? I thought only the M60A3 was in the game. Great video by the way.
Thanks! It's a bit of both. I toggled between the reticles and night vision, and had to take a closer look into my monitor if it was in the correct range. The night missions with the M60A1 Rise does takes a bit of time to range and even harder if you can't really see. There's two M60 variants that are available in the game and the A1 RISE Passive is the newest one.
@@PhanPhantasy the M60A1 doesn't have a thermal sight
Also no reason to use IR spotlights, better to engage in the pasive mode
@markcorrigan3930 never said it had thermals? Only Soviet tanks have IR lights which makes them easier to spot at night in the game.
i cant play ghpc on my potat pc..... i can play war thunder, average 20 fps at ULQ... but cant play ghpc at lowest settings and it plays at 5 fps average.... im sad.. i thought it can be 15 fps.. anyway, im glad for i supported them. i bought their product.
Look in to what upgrades ya motherboard will support dude. Computer components are pretty cheap, especially if you don't chase the latest and greatest components
whats the mission name?
btw love your content
Thanks! It's Kingly Kayak (it's also mentioned in the description)
man those russian tanks should just get rid of their IR searchlights cuz their platoon mates' tanks could easily light up 2 square km when they're cooking off
stuff like the t72b3 models and t80bvms and t90ms all have replaced they ir spotlights with thermal's (at least for the gunner)
@@samargrewal929 pretty sure some T80s and T-72s still have them for the commanders
@@tinchorb1340 so far i have not seen any t80 or t72 model with commander's thermal's outside of stuff like the t72av or the M-84AS2. and for t80s I'm not Shure
That’s what it was like against the Iraqi at night in the battle of Medina Ridge, thermals vision gave the US a huge advantage
They still had to. NV equipment is a product of light industry, which is a neglected and seriously underdeveloped field in the ussr, so advanced electronics are not available to most units.
