Air travel was still relatively new then, and the airlines were expanding their markets/customer base by offering reduced fares. At any rate, I went to London, England, and parked my butt in the borough of Kennsington & Chelsea (Eardley Crescent in Earls Court). Thank you, "youth fare"! At that time, in most establishments (pubs, restaurants, etc.), there were four songs that seemed to be playing endlessly: Marvin Gaye - What's Going On? America - Horse With No Name Traffic - High Spark of High-Heeled Boys T Rex - Bang A Gong P.S.: I was a regular at the "Chelsea Drugstore" (think Stones "You Can't Always Get What You Want"). At that time, it was a pub, disco and record store on its three floors. Apparently, it's no longer there. Progress! So, great song nostalgia-wise!

I was 14 years old I was into long hair, suntans, 🚬 a little weed playing baseball, the Colorado river, and water skiing.
