Wake up guys more gba lore Hmm okay post analysis: I’m not gonna lie, this was massive news to hear that WERE the heir I thought Mak was mb 😭 Now the GBA specialty; complex morality dilemmas (the listener is kind of giving princess diana with queen of everyone’s hearts but controversial to their family) Zed said that the heir had a good plan set out for the city, so if we have to look at the listener vs their brother, the difference is wild (he definitely seems like he thinks the city is fine because the kingdom is fine, I’m not sure if that’s the case though because let’s be fr, it wasn’t like that with Mazel 😭) But back to the heir (aka us) being known to have a good heart, Mak agrees with the things we believe in (and so does Zed I suppose) but that whole thing that happened with our brother was probably an attempt to one up us and get the throne instead. Mak isn’t happy with that because he absolutely adores us so this whole thing is a massive revenge plan. Now the moral dilemma: At the base of it, Mak and the heir are in the right for saying “dawg… you aren’t next in line…” BUT countless lives lost just to prove a point obv isn’t the way to go so this will probably sway some opinions on the listener

Ok so basically him using dark magic was recent. He was accused of kidnapping listener at the very start. So he’s actually kidnapping us this time to “do the crime” after serving his time
Most likely the listener has put the protection spell all over their house so he can be just fine. Either that, or he wears gloves with that spell so he can live normally. But for the intimacy and all the smooches and stuff, yes, the listener must have that on all the time. Which also means without the listener, Mak would have a hard time surviving, since he can't touch anything without those gloves, so he better is able to use some sort of telekinesis. Which leads to the following: if something goes south between them (his magic can mess with his head) he still can't afford to not have the listener around, because they provide an important part of his day life.
