There are MANY videos and scientific studies confirming the immense health benefits of walking, walking among greenery, walking during the infrared/near infrared spectrum hours of sunlight, using red light therapy (must be the correct wavelengths and strength and duration for each medical purpose), medically called photobiomodulation. A couple of RUclips channels to start: MedCram and Out of the Doldrums. I find even 10 minutes of walking among nature (not a landscaped city park, but actually out in nature) makes a huge difference in my emotional health.

I accidently came across you and watched your video about your mental health. I could relate about how you felt you lost your work skills. I too went through losing me & my ability to succeed easy & effortlessly. I didn't recognize who I was & how I felt out of control. I think you are helping us by showing us we are not alone and someone out there GETS it. Your openness makes a topic that's often hidden...a topic that is ok. We dont have to hide our struggles. Aside from that you're funny honest and embarking on a new life situation that although wasnt a "choice" at the time you are choosing to make the best of. That takes strength resilience. 💪🏼 That can be inspiring for people in similar situations. And girrrrrl putting yourself out there on RUclips like this is Not easy. Your openness about your mental health struggles is so much value. I think People with mental illness struggle to feel understood. I think you are helping us by showing us we are not alone and someone out there GETS it. Your openness makes a topic that's often hidden...a topic that is ok. We dont have to hide our struggles. Aside from that you're funny honest and embarking on a new life situation that although wasnt a "choice" at the time you are choosing to make the best of. That takes strength resilience. 💪🏼 That can be inspiring for people in similar situations. And girrrrrl putting yourself out there on RUclips like this is Not easy. But youre doing it and positively affecting others. Sometimes God uses our struggles so that we may comfort others the way he comforts us in ours.
