“Some eggs that’s it … you better hit that gym” 😂😂- the McDonald’s worker had me dead. The spinach- feta egg wrap from Starbucks is so good & the Sausage egg McMuffin is the best McDonald’s breakfast item tbh.
I like how y’all are staying healthy and going through the nutrition facts and I’m over here like “I’m just happy I’m actually eating 😭” I got hella anxiety and that makes it hard to eat food let alone have it be healthy. Great video tho guys, it’s nice to know there’s healthy options out there.

Great video y’all! No hate at all, you do you, but one thing that I have to say (coming from and athlete recovering from an eating disorder) is that CARBS ARE NOT BAD!! People often view them as bad for you (don’t get me wrong, they definitely can be if you miss use them) however they are also a great source of energy for your body to function properly. The only reason I feel the need to mention this is because I know for a fact their are people comparing their diets to this video and are going to start thinking that carbs are what is making them “fat”. You are perfect they way you are! If your not happy with yourself first of all, it’s just in your head, second of all you have 2 options.. 1. learn to love yourself the way you are, or 2. exercises for maybe 30 mins to an hour a day and if you want, watch what you eat, but don’t restrict yourself! I promise you restricting foods is never the answer! ❤️

The Starbucks breakfast sandwich you loved is the only one I ever get. I had been craving them so much when I was pregnant and I never lost my love for them! They slap! Great video because let’s be realistic, at some point people may need to eat fast food. It is great to have some options. Part 2 is needed.

The wraps have a dressing that comes on the side you have to use or it’s dry….I only eat the wraps like once every 4 months or so and I eat it for two meals half and half
