gonna comment cuz i am a degen surgery nerd, i find antiseptics quite useful since it cleans up the site, if it's unsanitary, the temperature goes up quicker, mostly used for harder surgeries such as brain tumours or if they're filthy, it saves antibiotics overall and can assist in some situations (sry i am a nerd - if it is absolutely filthy, gets dirtier quicker)
so what you are saying is that you are absolutely filthy and that's why your patients get dirty 🤨 no but seriously, I agree to an extent but I have personally almost never used it or needed it so that's why I didn't include it.
My strategy on brain tumor is to anesthetic the patient at 3 incision to make him “near coma” so that the patient has way more time to sleep and you can fix the surgery before they wake up😊
Surgery is easy when you know the function of each tools, if you cant do surgery just remember the function of each tools and WALLA!! now you can do surgery with a little practice
Geomi a little advice when it comes to brain tumor deep inside. With my own experience since i also hate that one. Its better to use anesthetic even when the patient is awake cause when awake theres a higher chance of you getting stuck with just sponges. Its better to use it cause it would reduce the chances of you failing when patient is about to wake up. Whenever i had this one i always do this its better to be carefull than get my licensed revoked /troll
