I don't think you remember this but 3 years back you suggested NYC 212 to me as a college student. Trust me every person asked me about it. It was one of the best perfumes I have ever used. Keep recommending and thanks again for the genuine suggestions.

@@PerfumeGuruafter your analysis I purchased Al rehab evenue and it was mind-blowing. Next I purchased lattafa asad, Musk safi, mancera cedrat and many more. I blindly buy it based on the notes you specific and I am 💯 confidence on the nature of the aroma you suggest. I watched one of of you video where you told you should be open to other aroma and not get reserved. So I started using perfumes to some extent. But I am a woody lover person which loves to apply oud, sandal, amber , musk in the bazse node. I am using atther from past 21yrs. I almost used 15% of the oddy atther you reviewed till date. Thanks for the level of knowledge you share. Its very premium and high one which you are sharing for free. God guide you bro.❤
Sir, in India i think the problem lies in the fact that we don't get to smell the niche perfumes of most cities in stores or get decants and also unless ppl make good money they can't maintain collecting perfumes as a hobby
Some houses like lattafa,afnan and even al haramain have perfumes which even though aren't a like to like clones have a good scent and have a feel good factor
The Man Kooper is even cheap. Would you suggest Avenue or Kooper as a value for money?

Isn't it also not important that we talk about the quality of ingredients while discussing a fragrance more than how accurate of a clone it is
Affordable clones won't ever be close to Niche frags in quality of ingredients. Clones are only for those who can't afford the real deal but want to enjoy the DNA of those hyped frags. And also many people i know use the clones for daily wear to save the super expensive niche frag for special occasions where people are closer to you and can feel the quality ingredients. I have CDNIM LE and Aventus 18 batch and its impossible to tell the exact difference in both in air but yes if you smell it closely then you gonna catch the little difference in quality.
If i have a choice to spend $300 to get a Good quality Niche frag or 10 different very nice quality clones i will go with 2nd choice because average people can't even tell the difference except that 1% veteran frag lovers.
Fragrances like these hardly cost much to make including Aventus. IFRA guidelines are very strict with use of naturals etc. So only natural oils or Attars these days are QUALITY. Creed was sold to a corporate group long back. A scent made in 2010 is very different from what we get in 2023. It's the quality of fixatives that needs to be discussed. But that is beyond the scope of RUclips or is rather a scientific subject for aroma scientists. In general quality of these clone is great because all these oils come from Europe itself. It's just mixed in other countries. Cheers.
Apart from the research and development cost, the actual creed aventus cost including bottle, ingredients and materials cost can not be more than $20. Let us not be fooled by the companies. Talking of different in materials when one sniff closer on the skin, no one will sniff closer to your skin when wearing perfume
@@PerfumeGuru thank you, i will sincerely explore what attars have to offer, i personally have wasted a lot of money on blind buying clones of the original fragrances that i have purchased or have tried on stores, but was disappointed by how harsh they were to the nose ( in most cases) , whereas there have been purchases for me like Amalfi blue which is unlike any expensive fragrance of it's category but is more value then any blue fragrance clone at it's price point.
avenue has one of the best dry down smell i have ever smelled

I have used it 5 years ago but frankly it has very bad performance. . I still prefer CDNIM.
There's a tremendous competition between Aventus clones. I have CDNIM pure parfum but not sure where does it stands among it's clone siblings. Can you also make a review of Maison Alhambra Kismet? Couldn't find a proper review anywhere.

Creed aventus is overhyped. It doesn't give good performance, all batches do not smell the same and every year it's performance is declining. It's ridiculously expensive for no reason
It's not overhyped I would say but the fragrance was reformulated completely.

How does Armaf club de nuit oil version performs 2019 batch?
IT WORKS AN HOUR OR SO PROJECTIONWISE. AND BECOMES SKIN SCENT. LONGEVITY IS HARDLY 4 HOURS. I HAVE IT NOW. DO NOT WASTE RS 1500. BUT SPENDING 1500 ONE CAN ENJOY THE FRAGRANCE WITHOUT SYNTHETIC NOTES OF EDT.

Whisky smoke is best for winters its projection is around 2-6 hours and it lasts for 3 days on clothes

IMO the current Aventus is garbage. It doesn't last and isn't as complex. La Aventure by Al Harmain had the exactly scent profile with miles better performance. So with many other takes from Lattafa, Afnan, Rasasi, Armaf to Skinn, Westside, Majestic to Mont Blanc, Mercedes to Nishane and Mancera almost all of them being better only a fool would waste their money on Aventus now.
Creed was sold long back. IFRA is tightening the noose with every passing day. It's a nightmare for the fragrance industry.

But prices doubling with worsening performance and formulation leaves a bad taste in the consumers mouth.
