      People just need to give Izzy his credit and respect. All 4 fights were competitive so it was no fluke. Neither are Pereira’s wins. These are two of the highest level strikers in the game putting on a masterclass and we should appreciate it.

      @dcrosner15 Год назад +27

      @@jonathankevin500 Great knockout but I think Izzy vs Pereira is just at a higher level, which makes it more impressive. Some people would argue that Chandler’s KO of Tony was the best knockout of last year but Tony was already on a 3 fight skid. Leon deserved the best KO of 2022 because he did it to a 15 fight winning streak Usman. Same logic as to why I think, Adesanya’s KO deserves the KO of the year. Pereira beat him last year and smoked his way to the top of the middleweight division and is now a two division champ in two sports - super impressive. KOing a guy that good deserves the most credit.

      Izzy is the only one to have dominated him in the stand up. He did so in Kickboxing twice (once where he lost via a controversial decision, and the other, where he got caught by a left hook), he also dominated him in their first MMA fight, but again, got caught. Then, he went on to be the only person to knock Pereira out stiff in his whole career. He had been TKOed before. But never had he been sent to the shadow realm.

      One thing I hate about these two , is every casual fan with the 3-1 or whatever.
      These two dudes are honestly soooo good for each others career. They literally level each other up. I really like both of these men as fighters and the styles are so good to watch. Alex the more stiff brute force whilst Israel is so much lighter but technically crisper.

      That shows levels. Not many can strike with Alex but more fighters can beat Izzy on the feet. We just saw him get clobbered by Strickland and DDP.

      @@meijilee5264 And yet Strickland got sent to the shadow realm by Alex in like 2 minutes. I think saying it shows levels is a casual take, styles makes fights. And besides, Dricus won by a good submission finish when Izzy turned his back against him, and was 100% not even trying in the later rounds against Strickland.

      @@RaidenKyo yes styles make fights as in Alex style dismantled Izzy's style 3 times and the styles that beat Izzy across 2 sports. Alex just got better while Izzy declined. That's what I meant about levels. "Casual take" lmao read the comment again.

      @@meijilee5264 How does this reply disprove me at all? Yes, Alex has power. All of their fights were close until izzy had to eat a powerful shots that could end almost 99.9% of humans. Izzy also has an incredible KO over him. What's your point? Alex is better? Could have made that more clear. If that's your argument then it really isnt that cut and dry. Claiming Alex is 'levels above' Izzy in striking is casual, honestly dude

    • @meijilee5264
      @meijilee5264 29 дней назад

      @@RaidenKyo casual? One is double champ in pure striking which is kickboxing and the other isn't. One is 3-1 over the other. Izzy already had more kickboxing fights combined when he faced off against Pereira when they fought twice and lost. And in the current time, Pereira is 5-0 against the best hitters in lhw while Izzy really got bullied out of the rankings by the likes of Strickland and DDP. That's levels lmao. Blaming it on power alone is cope because there are lots of powerful guys on the roster but can't do it like Alex because it actually takes skill to wield it too.

    Перейра после боя сказал что это Израэль был потрясен и чудом нокаутировал его
    Но Адесанья не врал когда говорил что это была заготовка. Внимательно смотрите, Адесанья почти всё время в стойке левши, перед нокаутом он меняет стойку на правшу, Перейра бросает лоу кик и Адесанья показывает что его этот лоу-кик подбил, перейра сразу начинает пресследовать его. Но при этом Адесанья не меняет стойку и снова подставляет ногу под лоу-кик, Перейра снову бьет лоу-кик и думает что потряс Изи. Изи прижимается к клетке и через блок видит что Перейра сразу набрасывается с не прикрытой рукой. Бум правая залетает. весь бой Изи кидает эту правую через руку Перейры, прощупывает
