I've often said I'm lousy at office politics, and have proven it on too many uncomfortable lousy occasions than I care to remember. Simon is part of the vast "if only" list of folks I'd love for everyone I know to check out;-)
I like the way this fella thinks. Retribution is terrible in many work places in spaces where we work on teams and have so called team work. Most of the time there are a bunch of individuals that comprise what is disguised as a team competing against each other.
Confidence begins with a recognition, understanding and acceptance that we have no control over what others think of our thoughts, words and actions and therefore we do not allow them influence our willingness to be an active listener, ask questions and speak our truth in order to pursue our desire to continue to learn, grow, create and produce for the betterment of ourselves and those around us as well.💛
I agree with the part that if you make a mistake you own up to it but if someone is trying to force me to accept what I don’t agree as a mistake I will go all the way in my journey with my belief even if I am alone. You’re entitled to your beliefs but don force onto others. I think that part of trait comes from my astrological sign 😄
Quite simple: I have not been trained, H&S law prevents me from undertaking that task. My refusal is protecting you from chain of command prosecution. Show me how the task is done, you are trained yourself, and know the risks? Or financial regulation or whatever legal restriction there is.If you wish to develop this matter a personal grievance will be lodged and taken to your manager, The Imitation Game has a wonderful scene where a bully superior is told, I will take the matter up with your superior.
