Hey guys. Check out the plumber tools flexshaft cables. Pretty sure they’re made in Finland and the quality is way better. They are more stiff but way better. Plus you can cut them with a grinder and that’s it. No brazing the line so it doesn’t unwrapped it self. I changed out both my flexshaft cables with them. Check them them out.

That case looks beat to hell. Had mine for four years before I broke the shaft

The screw that holds the metal plate over the shaft in the 204 broke off causing cable flip and twist and pull into the shaft outer caseing.

@brian2100 so when you the drill it just spins without spinning the chains?
If thats the case? There areca couple of roll pins that make it spin take it apart and look for the two holes and replace the roll pin or pins and run electric tape around them to keep the roll pins from falling out. Very common thing.

its the worst tool ever, that cable works better without the fancy case, to make matters worst, if you cut the cable, it will unravel completely and those 75 feet is garbage

Yes it was a rushed poor design it could be a lot better with a little more R&D
