Niko! Your house has turned out absolutely beautiful! To have an idea,put it on paper&then build it from the ground up is such a massive accomplishment in itself,but for it to then turn out as beautiful as it has just makes it that much more of an accomplishment. Absolutely incredible and I loved watching it from start to finish! You should be so proud👏🙏
The only thing that I would change is the wire selves in the closet. I would build a real sturdy closet setup. It would make a great video series. I love everything else about the house. Great decor, design, layout. Congrats man…. Well done!!

House looks great, but I wonder who did the house design. Perhaps he had a square footage requirement, but there are things about this house that, as a designer myself, I find very dated footprint wise. Some of them are: no foyer, an L shaped kitchen/dining are, cramped master and en-suite bath with tub directly across sinks (very cramped)…but it’s nice for a 1500’ house.
