Yeah, because he has almost everything a manager wants in resources to do that, and that makes it a rare situation, most managers don't get as much resources, there have been enough examples of managers who adapted to win things, Pep has won at a time when the difference in how efficiently and full of resources a club has run in the league has never been this big, they would've done it with most good managers like Ancelotti or Klopp or Nagelsmann etc, there's a reason why once succeeded managers are so insecure about avoiding clubs that aren't functioning well and don't have too resources, most successful avoid going to weaker setups. And the ones seeking to make their name have to push harder with limited conditions, inferior scouting and analysis, inferior injury management, inferior environments.

Ajax had a real captain under EtH, Tadic, a real leader. Bruno is a joke of a captain, a petulant boy. So, if Bruno is the best option for captain then that says a great deal about this club and team. If one compares for example KdB with Bruno, then the differences are obvious and huge. It's comparing a real leader with a petulant boy. That's simply an observation. Bruno may have good statistics, but he is NOT a good leader. Good statistics don't make good leaders. But he's the "best" option 😂. The Ajax players under EtH were paid only a small fraction of what average players at MU are paid. Their performances on the pitch are not in comparison in a negative sense. The Ajax team was hungry under EtH, this team is hungry sometimes. Maybe the last 10 years show that manager's influence on players at MU is by default not very high, because they are paid too much for doing too little for too long. It will take time to hammer that sick mentality out of the club, it's not done with one good window. Probably at least two more good windows are needed to weed out the rotten apples and replace them with decent players. This was also stated last season, but suddenly fans talk as if this one window is going to change everything immediately, competing for top 4 with teams that are already competing with players playing together at least a whole season while MU is in a huge transition. On top of all that, my experience is that this club's fan base is extremely toxic. I see flipflopping opinions every game. I want to believe that ETH is a good manager but so much points to the contrary. It cant be lost on us that the play has been so much improved this season after an influx of other coaches who where head coaches at their respective clubs. In a few months they're influence is visible while for 2 seasons we struggled to see ETH's blue print. City, Arsenal and Liverpool are 1,2,3. So that leaves one spot to be divided by all sub top teams in PL.
I'm sure most fan channels expect MU to compete for PL by next season, which is not in line with the realistic MU leadership goal and agenda.
EtH has had 1 good window, under the new leadership. Now everybody expects all new players to immediately perform at their best, like Scholes 😂 they want new players to be dropped into this team as if they are like car parts you simply exchange 1 on 1. It's almost laughable, no team sports works like that. It seems that many people are simply insane and have insane expectations. Players are people and training takes time.
There's a lot of criticism of EtH which is based on a lot of speculation, but the reality is that the Ajax under EtH would destroy MU any time. MU is NOT a top team, to become a top team is the goal, not a reality already.
Not enough attention is paid to highly overrated and overhyped players like Rashford and Bruno.
Ajax had a real captain under EtH, Tadic, a real leader. Bruno is a joke of a captain, a petulant boy. So, if Bruno is the best option for captain then that says a great deal about this club and team. If one compares for example KdB with Bruno, then the differences are obvious and huge. It's comparing a real leader with a petulant boy. That's simply an observation. Bruno may have good statistics, but he is NOT a good leader. Good statistics don't make good leaders. But he's the "best" option 😂.
The Ajax players under EtH were paid only a small fraction of what average players at MU are paid. Their performances on the pitch are not in comparison in a negative sense. The Ajax team was hungry under EtH, this team is hungry sometimes.
Maybe the last 10 years show that manager's influence on players at MU is by default not very high, because they are paid too much for doing too little for too long. It will take time to hammer that sick mentality out of the club, it's not done with one good window. Probably at least two more good windows are needed to weed out the rotten apples and replace them with decent players. This was also stated last season, but suddenly fans talk as if this one window is going to change everything immediately, competing for top 4 with teams that are already competing with players playing together at least a whole season while MU is in a huge transition.
On top of all that, my experience is that this club's fan base is extremely toxic. I see flipflopping opinions every game. Last year fans complained about the lack of rotation while there were often not even 11 players available 😂 this year they are complaining about too much rotation 😂😭
This club has been a circus for over a decade, maybe that explains all the clowns.
