La ley de custodia es absurda...al cumplir los 7 años, el juez evalua al padre y la madre y pregunta al hijo...nunca se debe obligar a un hijo a irse del lado del progenitor que lo ha criado...padre o madre. Resulta muy machista que el hombre tenga potestad en este tema cuando no los pare, los cuida e incluso en muchos casos los abandona y no alimenta. Son acto de presion sobre la esposa para que acepte condiciones no aceptables...segundas esposas, falta de casa etc.
