I decided to get Javid when he came out at R1 and i did....and i still main Javid in PVP despite the fact, half his damage is not accesible due to needing debuffs to dispel in order to power up Now, from the gameplay perspective. Unless you have an ultra tank PVP team, then Cecilia is not really going to bring anything to your account other than pure Bling. I got my team deleted by an ultra tank team with Thor among and Cecilia in it, so she is a pick if you want to favor that strategy. TLDR Pick who you want

I'm on my 3rd f2p account and it is so lucky (I have Xuan Pin, Toland, that minothour dude) I pulled Hilda but because she rarely places more than 2 poisons on Andras I would like a better and hopefully faster run for stage 16 (I've done Kronos, Apep, Fafnir last stages with solid teams) So... My question: Should I go for Tevor as I originally planned or Anna if My biggest concern is Andras and maybe desolate lands?????? PS I can easily clear temporal tower almost all of the infinite tower so I really just want to do Andras.
Before this I had Xuan Pin and Feng Nuxi R1, I want to push back up into pvp so I’m thinking Toland or Trevor. I feel as if Anna may get another nerf and even if she doesn’t there’s ways to counter her. With Toland that’s an easy win condition spd wise from there it takes skill and time.

I'll pick Anna, but then probably work towards Nussy, though I'm seeing people with lv1 Tolland top the PvE leader-boards (I also pulled his divinate before any other).
I really hope developers look into completely reworking ceci. Not only is her kit the least unique of the shimmers, but she’s not even the best at what she does because of espers like Mavis. Design wise she’s my favorite, and when I saw her design in a tictok ad years ago it made me download, but every other shimmer is MILES better than her. I hope they completely get rid of the revive gimmick and remake her kit!
I quit playing for a while and before I did I pushed pity of shimmer on Anna, ended up getting her too. Glad I did, now I can grab XP with no worries (helps that my tevor is r2 and I have Nuxi r1 so my choices are between XP and Toland)
Toland can carry some tower wave content and pvp IF you manage to make him go first (but then again his taunts can be resister and cleansed)(but he do self revive) I haven'really played Anna so don't know much about her so be careful if you choose to pick her! Xuan Pin is my biggest carry against everi pve boss and really helpful in wave content but not so much pvp. So...depends if you preffer pve or pve if pve then Xuan Pin I guess... because she will support your team and let them move faster as well as deal more damage in pve making boss runs and waves faster than if you pick Anna.
I'm really hoping to get Raven in this event cause i just love her design but might be hard cause i'm pretty new to the game so i can't really complete all the mission of the event so wish me luck 🍀

It depends on what you're doing. If you talk about pve then Anna will have more use cases than jj because jj will help with wave content (even more so with his divinate) but Anna can solo stuff so she isn't ''just wave content'' But if you mean pvp then itdepends on your gear because if your only real damage dealer will be jj, then he kind of needs to be able to 1 or 2 shot enemies (2shot if they get stun after the aoe) but if you can't really nuke your way through pvp then I suppose Anna because she is mainly for pvp but as I said she may find quite a lot of use cases in pve

But if you come back (or just create new account) just understand it's only one shimmer esper (yes I know some of them are OP) but that doesn't mean that the game itself has completely changed (but as I understand there is some new era incomming so you maybe could create new account and see what this new era is and grab shimmer alongside) so if you just slide back into old account you may get bored quicky (maybe) but with new account you will have something to do, pulls to make and everything...
Correct. Though the chance you'll get at least one you want is VERY high. You get 60 spins in the Reverbetron and there are 9 shimmers available (they thankfully didn't include Everett) so you've got a 6/9 chance to get the one you want cuz they won't repeat. Then of course they've also made the shimmer echo pull where you get to pick who you want as the chance up esper.

@@moonlitxangel5771 Wrong. 60 is the minimum pulls needed to unlock the picking option. But nothing forces you to pick at 60 if you still not satisfied you can keep pulling until you hit 100 pulls which will have all the shimmers as choice at that point.

Well compared to others: not really. But if you have every other shimmer on R0 you may find some use cases for him especially when your gear isn't super endgame and you still struggle in tower or desolate lands or something. But if you have all pve content pretty much done and gear up to the task then yeah he is pretty low

Toland Is good for opening (go-first teams) because he instantly gets 3 stacks of +10spd for every stack he basically kicks a target out of the game for 2 turns and then those taunt debuff on 3 people. So...the big downside is that it can get resisted (the taunts I mean not the first hit) and taunts can be cleansed by Queen mother or someone else Whilst Anna doesn't have to worry about her capabilities of placing and holding debuffs on the targets like Toland. So... It depends on the team you use because Toland can make enemies useless and rest of your team can take them out. But with a lot of cleanses and stuff it's harder to use him. Anna doesn't have that problem but she has her own counters so just check out the internet and counter to her and make a choice ''Which one succeeds more often than not?''

In pvp if you run go first team then Cecilia isn't really usefull (but is really good for beggining of desolate lands and tower content) Xuan Pin is rarer in pvp than Anna (it may seem there are more but that's because Xuan Pin was releasted some time ago so people had time to get her) But in pve Xuan pin is insane (espceially when maxed skilled out) I've heard that Anna is really good in pve (in pvp she is kind of insane) BUT in pve if you want fast clears Xuan Pin will be better supporting your team than Anna carrying it rather slowly It comes down to what you're doing: In pve (especially based on your team) Cecilia won't do much and I see nor eal reason to try to squish in Xuan Pin so Anna I guess. BUT if you mean pve then Xuan Pin is insane support with damage and AP increasing skills (as well as debuffs but because not everyone runs her with accuracy they don't get ussed a lot) but if you struggle to do content at all then Anna but if your damage is Okay but the survivability is bad then Cecilia will be really good But looking at pve I think that if you don't have cleansers/healers then Cecilia but if you already have Cleansers/healers (like Ahmed, Clara, Mavis, Lian etc.) then Xuan Pin will drastically incresase your preformance in pve especially once her skillas have been maxed out

Nuxi can really help with wave content as well as pvp as long as she gets a turn with her 3rd ability before enemies go, but against bosses she may decrease cooldowns of your damage dealer with her or support 2nd ability but if you do it on auto she won't target whoever you want her to target so in auto pve content she is a slippery slope but if you run a go-first team in pvp she is insane! Xuan Pin has some use in pvp but I'm less fammiliar with it, because I use her R0 in pve so her 1st ability gives ap AND calls in one ally with ''soldier'' (if I'm not mistaken (She just always calls in an ally)) then when maxxed skilled up her 2nd ability fills ally's turn meter by 100% (I mean AP but turn meter is easier to understand in my opinion) and grants undisspellable buff that increases damage by insane amount (if not on R2 then places stun on that ally who's turn meter was boosted after his/her turn) and 3rd ability gives all ally's atk up and another ''soldier'' and places decrease crit rate on enemies (I haven't really seen anyone use accuracy on her so her debuffs ussually don't get used) So all in all if you are full auto after first clear in pve or full auto on pvp then Nuxi is mainly for pvp and Xuan Pin is mainly pve BUT if you manual all content then Nuxi is great in oth pvp AND pve and Xuan pin is even better in pve and finds some use cases in pvp but for that you could search on the internet because she doesn't get that big of a use case in pvp.

This game isn’t lame tf. Summoners war is a lot more frustrating. But even so, you’re always guarunteed a five star in sw when you play long enough. Also events give tons of scrolls now. I’ll admit it pisses me off there’s no pity for lds but oh well. I love this game more than summoners war. And I played sw when you could summon fusion units.

I see revive as one of the best things in her kit. Ofcourse she needs a revork but it would be cool to have revive in her kit after rework

From one side yes, from other you can't really control the espers so It's just strategy and auto-ing stuff

Xuan Pin is rarer in pvp than Anna (it may seem there are more but that's because Xuan Pin was releasted some time ago so people had time to get her) But in pve Xuan pin is insane (espceially when maxed skilled out)
I've heard that Anna is really good in pve (in pvp she is kind of insane) BUT in pve if you want fast clears Xuan Pin will be better supporting your team than Anna carrying it rather slowly
It comes down to what you're doing: In pve (especially based on your team) Cecilia won't do much and I see nor eal reason to try to squish in Xuan Pin so Anna I guess.
BUT if you mean pve then Xuan Pin is insane support with damage and AP increasing skills (as well as debuffs but because not everyone runs her with accuracy they don't get ussed a lot) but if you struggle to do content at all then Anna but if your damage is Okay but the survivability is bad then Cecilia will be really good
But looking at pve I think that if you don't have cleansers/healers then Cecilia but if you already have Cleansers/healers (like Ahmed, Clara, Mavis, Lian etc.) then Xuan Pin will drastically incresase your preformance in pve especially once her skillas have been maxed out

I am confused between denge nuxi and xuan pin
Nuxi can really help with wave content as well as pvp as long as she gets a turn with her 3rd ability before enemies go,
but against bosses she may decrease cooldowns of your damage dealer with her or support 2nd ability but if you do it on auto she won't target whoever you want her to target so in auto pve content she is a slippery slope but if you run a go-first team in pvp she is insane!
Xuan Pin has some use in pvp but I'm less fammiliar with it, because I use her R0 in pve so her 1st ability gives ap AND calls in one ally with ''soldier'' (if I'm not mistaken (She just always calls in an ally))
then when maxxed skilled up her 2nd ability fills ally's turn meter by 100% (I mean AP but turn meter is easier to understand in my opinion) and grants undisspellable buff that increases damage by insane amount (if not on R2 then places stun on that ally who's turn meter was boosted after his/her turn)
and 3rd ability gives all ally's atk up and another ''soldier'' and places decrease crit rate on enemies (I haven't really seen anyone use accuracy on her so her debuffs ussually don't get used)
So all in all if you are full auto after first clear in pve or full auto on pvp then Nuxi is mainly for pvp and Xuan Pin is mainly pve
BUT if you manual all content then Nuxi is great in oth pvp AND pve and Xuan pin is even better in pve and finds some use cases in pvp but for that you could search on the internet because she doesn't get that big of a use case in pvp.

This game will die at some point. Its just as lame if not lamer than epic 7. Pity for crybabies and free espers. This is why summoners war is on 10th anniversary and this game is dying
This game isn’t lame tf. Summoners war is a lot more frustrating. But even so, you’re always guarunteed a five star in sw when you play long enough. Also events give tons of scrolls now. I’ll admit it pisses me off there’s no pity for lds but oh well. I love this game more than summoners war. And I played sw when you could summon fusion units.
