Jeff, i've always suspected the washboarding was more of a cleaning behaviour. i think when the population of the hive gets a little crowded, the nurse bees spill out on the front of the hive and continue their cleaning. and i think you have proven that since you could see that same cleaning behaviour was being going on inside too. in addition to all of the fanning. very cool!
Great video Jeff! Thanks for sharing such a lovely view of the ladies all working together to cool down their hive. It was so interesting to see. I loved it. 🌾Merry meet 🌿
Thank you Sir Jeff for yr keen observation of the bees..
Man, that's something else! 😮 How amazing.
Another great video Jeff. Thanks. It's unbelievably hot here too.

This is a very nice video. I have yet to see my bees wash boarding. Thank you for sharing this clip!
Great to see you back more videos please.
Thank you for the new video. We have missed you! :)
Beautiful. ^^
Nice video very interesting behaviours, do the Native Bee's cope with the heat better, are they fanning like the honey bees
Good to see a new video! You've been busy I'm certain. Might be fun to see thermal image of the hive just to see how much heat they move.
Me gusta muito las abelhas

Welcome back
Jeff I know this is off topic, but how is your pineapple challenge going?
