This works! I listened for 3 days straight and spoke positivity into my life and the ones around me. On the third day I was invited to go to the casino. I won 1200. Literally every machine I played would hit a big win. I'm currently out of work and was also given the opportunity to interview with 3 companies chase bank, geico and allstate. I'm 19 homeless due to a unfit mother who chooses alcoholic men over her kids, haven't seen my drug addict dad since I was 4. You’re not alone. There are many survivors with stories like yours, including myself. Focus on the positive and beautiful things around. When I had nothing I started writing gratitude lists. It was very hard at first because I couldn’t see much to thank for. So, I looked around and I realized that I was breathing fresh air and I enjoyed that so I wrote that. I saw grass and plants and I love them so I added that to me list. And like that my gratitude list got longer and longer everyday. Things will get better. I promise you that. You have a choice to follow your parent’s steps, dwell in the pain and resentment or make a difference. Focus on the good and you will find healing and peace. It's 2 AM and i can't fall asleep, because of anxiety. The world seems like is falling apart right now, but we need to stay together and be strong. Everything is gonna be alright soon. The planet is cleansing. Skies are clearing. It is beautiful to see. Wild animals frolic in our absence. Domestic animals appreciate our presence. This is what we are meant to experience. The virus is what enabled this to come about. Illness is of course frightening. But the cleansing is needed, and is grand! And our timeout allows us to look inside ourselves. To consider our values. Its a good thing. We are awakening to a more compassionate nature. Look at how we express appreciation now, to the medical staff, to servants even who tend to our needs despite the danger. Consider the good that comes out of this shutdown and you will relax into the flow. Enjoy life, enjoy yourself, enjoy your staycation!

It is enough simply to be. Do we see other animals striving for success? No, of course not. Do we see anxiety in other animals? No, except for those animals living in captivity. Living in our man-made society is like living in captivity. It drives anxiety and stress. Try to remember that it’s not you that drives those things but the society you live in. Make time to just be the incredible person you are, to just be. Ask yourself, sitting, standing out lying there, what is wrong at this moment? Not in the future but at this moment. There is nothing wrong at this immediate moment. It’s just your thoughts that make you think something is wrong. Be at peace. Much love.

I’ve never read comments of these frequency sessions, nor have I ever seen 100% positive comments on ANYTHING, ever. I’m touched. Four years ago, a temporary disability forced me to reign in my wild mind or suffer. It’s almost 3:30pm . Woke up at 8am, read my book finally. Went to the gym, are a healthy breakfast and lunch. About to nap to this for 1 hour before I head into work. Today is the start to the greatest my life will be. No more alcohol and no more nicotine. 🙌🏼

The one flaw in your comment is that you started it by focusing on your struggles. A softer, more positive and useful thing to do, would be to focus on the joys of your life today, and every coming 'today'. To focus that way, sets the stage for the universe to send you more joys and helps you move past the struggles more easily, until one day you may just find that there are fewer struggles and just lots more of the good things that you've trained your mind to pay attention to. It's easy for any of us to get in a bad habit of fixating on the difficulties so making that change may seem impossible in the beginning, but it's not only doable, but it's also empowering.
