It does make sense, I like to suggest if we can make a commtee from all parts of Eritreans like from Security, military,justice Education,infrastructurand health.etc to keep the country safe and secure until the constitution starts.
I like the substans og your idea...but I am not convinced that the way and the process by which the discourse about gov in exile is going...I think most people who are showing some enthusiasm is doing so cause they want a short cut... but with time the cracks of this arrangement will make themselves clear and those cracks will have considerable significans on the objectives of the struggle....Some other people, who have some degree of eduction and are able to grasp what is going on are partly supporting this project cause they know the end-result serves their group interest..The strategicians and authors of the arrangement will of course be the primary group benefiting...and if this plan is carried through to its logical conclusion...we are more likely heading towards oligarchy nepotism and plutocracy rather than towards a true democracy....
